According to recent news from China Energy Storage Network, Wu Zhongshuai, a researcher at the Two-dimensional Materials and Energy Devices Research Group of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has developed a planar integrated all-solid-state lithium ion micro battery with multi-directional mass transfer, excellent flexibility and high temperature stability in cooperation with Bao Xinhe, an academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

With the rapid development of flexible wearable, miniaturized and integrated electronic devices, there is an urgent need to develop high-performance, lightweight, wearable and structural-functional integrated flexible power supplies and their technologies.
